Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
FREE Delivery within the UK by Royal Mail 48 (2-4 working days) on any order.
Upgrade to Express Delivery for £7.95 (1-2 working days)

Please note: Although our fulfilment centre is operating normally there are still some delays with Royal Mail and couriers due to the pandemic so parcels may take slightly longer than normal. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. If you require your order urgently we would recommend selecting Next Day Delivery.

If you would prefer us to ship International Standard (which is untracked and will be at your own risk) or via Courier, please email us at hello@whatyousay.co.uk and we will provide you with a postage quote.
Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are determined by the customs agency and postal carrier within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of these fees will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of them is the responsibility of the recipient, and they will be collected at the time of delivery.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted 14 days from the dispatch date.
Please follow the below return instructions:
- Include either the original invoice or a note showing your name and order number
- Items must not have been worn and must be in the original condition and packaging, with swing tags attached
- Post the items either in the original mailing bag turned inside out or a suitable mailing bag
- Post to the below address, we recommend you ask for proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any products until they are received back at our warehouse. Returns postage is at the cost of the customer.
